Francisco (2009) entitled "Climate Change Vulnerability Mapping for Southeast Asia" ranks Mondolkiri as the first and Ratanakiri as the second most vulnerable provinces in Cambodia, while compare to the Southeast Asia, 4th and 6th respectively.
